We are currently using a concierge approach to all appointments to help prevent the potential community spread of COVID-19 and to protect our staff. We are currently only allowing patients inside our hospital until further notice. Due to the fact that we are doing a lot more communication by phone, our lines may be busy more often. Please email us, email@example.com, for any questions that are not urgent such as medication and food refills as well as updates and non-urgent questions regarding your pet.
Clients are asked to pull into our parking lot and call us at (978) 276-3203.
We will also have shortened business hours during this time: 8 am-6 pm Monday though Friday, 8 am-1 pm on Saturday.
What you should do when you arrive at the hospital with your pet or to pick up medication/food:
- Call the hospital when you arrive at the parking lot. Please remain in your vehicle with your pet. Someone from our staff will come to your car to retrieve your pet. Once your pet is in the hospital the doctor or technician will update you on their condition and the recommended care plan.
- If you need medications or prescription food, please call ahead to fill and we will deliver it to you in the parking lot when you arrive. Please call when you have arrived in our parking lot.
