We are still using a curbside approach to all appointments to help prevent the potential community spread of COVID-19 and to protect our staff. We are currently only allowing patients inside our hospital until further notice. Due to the fact that we are doing a lot more communication by phone, our lines may be busy more often. We are operating with NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS:
8 am -7 pm Monday though Friday
8 am -4 pm on Saturday
We are now seeing all types of appointments, including nail trims & technician appointments. We are also accepting boarding reservations for current pet patients.
What you should do when you arrive at the hospital with your pet or to pick up medication/food:
- Call the hospital when you arrive at the parking lot. Please remain in your vehicle with your pet. Someone from our staff will call or text you to bring your pet to the door or come to your car to retrieve your pet. Once your pet is in the hospital the doctor or technician will update you on their condition and the recommended care plan.
- PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT WHEN WE RETRIEVE YOUR PET, EXPECT TO STAY THERE FOR THE DURATION OF THE APPOINTMENT.
- If you need medications or prescription food, please call ahead so we can fill and get payment, then we will deliver it to you in the parking lot when you arrive. Please call when you have arrived in our parking lot so we know you are there.
Please be patient and curteous with our staff as we operate in this manner. ALL appointments will take longer, please plan accordingly. The health and safety of our clients, patients and our staff is top priority for us!
